SOJOURN
Chilli's Friends Remembered
We will never forget the friends we have had whose loyalty and love is seldom equalled.

IN HONOR OF  "Taffy, Lucky, Princess, Nikki, Blue, Ryan, Ryan II , Duke and Chilli", and all of the others
that have touched me in this life. We'll play together again one day.
HEAVEN'S DOG PARK
CAESAR
On Dec 12th 2006 in Hollywood Florida, our friend Caesar , a Pit Bull Terrier that defied all rumors that taint the breed, passed over the bridge to play with all of his friends once again.
I never knew a dog quite like Caesar, who was a family member , not a pet.  Caesar is survived by his loving family  Kristina, Theresa,  George, and Snoopy, and the menagerie of birds and reptiles he guarded all of his happy life.
We will miss Caesar.

ZACH
Chiili's buddy Zach, a red Irish Setter, who outlived the odds through love and care by his family Jesse and Dee. Wonderful memories of the "morning walks" under the Live Oaks in Dania Florida.

BIRD
Jan 25, 2007
We wish Bird a peaceful farewell in South Carolina, where she has served well as an angel for 13 years.
She leaves her mark and a forever love with Michele and Boo, her family.

TAVA
Jan 6, 2007
Tava was the "Life of the house" for  Sarah & Pasi.  He passed away at 9 years old from "bloat" or Torsion, a silent killer of large dogs. Tava was a lucky boy who was loved all his life. His Wolfdog youth left a family now forever connected to them. Kingston Springs, Tn.

RED HAWK
May 19, 2007
Hawks Run Wolfdog Rescue was named after Red Hawk, the first of many adopted by Sherrie, Scott and daughter Brandi .  Red Hawk , as many rescued animals do , had continuous medical problems from Tick bites when he was obviously neglected. Red lived a happy life at Hawk's Run and could not have had better care in his short journey (SOJOURN).  On the eve of his last day, the moon faced the North Star in salute to Red Hawk.  Unless you know the love of a rescued Wolfdog, it may be difficult to explain the loss. Red's pain is gone now, and he runs free.

PETE
June 2, 2007
Sometimes we get to realize that rescue truly is worthwhile. Pete lived his long life, happy and content with his share of affection at Fullmoon Farm. He showed no signs of suffering until the very end, and FMF will never be the same without him.
Thank you Pete, for your teachings.  Go play now, forever.

CHEROKEE
June 30, 2007
Cherokee, The Grand Dame of Full Moon Farm crossed The Bridge, welcomed by Washi, and the many residents that have gone before her.  In Cherokee's Earthwalk, she exemplified grace, charm and elegance, while demonstrating her tap dancing abilities when excited!  For 2 years she was the official greeter at the farm, her and Washi's pen being closest to the driveway.

Cherokee is missed by all the two leggeds she loved.  Walk in good health and harmony - until we meet again...
